Delaney, a question not a criticism: why did you type the text and not develop the lovely quirky font you created at a workshop and shared in a post? It would soften the whole look of the zine and be warmer too. I sometimes think holding a good book or zine is like sitting up close to a fire - a warming experience.

I never thought of it before until you mentioned it, but my mum was single and my dad married, did they both commit ‘adultery’ or just my dad (who I never met and did not know his name until I was 77)?🐰

Hmm...you might be thinking of someone else. I've never made a font of my handwriting - though it's on my list of things I want to do! I've heard it's quite time consuming. But I would love to have it, then I would indeed use it all the time, including in this zine! I agree, handwritten has such a different feel.

I'll admit, I never liked the feeling of having to decide once and for all, so I let myself let it go. After all, what's one "sin" compared to another?

Congrats on your beautiful zine! Also here to say that it's pretty simple to make a handwriting font! I don't use mine much because I just do the actual lettering myself on Procreate, but I did make a font on https://www.calligraphr.com/en/

Ah thank you, Kelcey! That's the second or third time I've been recommended Calligraphr. Consider it bookmarked!
